What sets Atria Kew Gardens apart

In addition to scheduled transportation up to 10 miles (outside of Manhattan), the LIRR, E and F trains are all close by, so it’s easy to come for a visit.
Seasonal menus feature flavorful, chef-prepared meals, including Kosher options.
Residents enjoy a variety of events and entertainment on-site, as well as regular shopping trips and outings to shows and cultural events.

Availability of a specific apartment cannot be guaranteed prior to the time you make a deposit. Independent and assisted/supportive rental rates do not include care or medication management services and may exclude phone, cable or internet.

How costs are calculated

All residents receive a care assessment from a licensed nurse to ensure services are tailored to each individual, with costs – like care itself – based on a resident’s unique needs. Care assessments help us see that residents receive the level of support needed and are among the factors we consider in determining and monitoring staff levels.

In addition to the monthly rental rate, residents may also encounter a one-time fee during move-in, pet fees or second-person fees.
